London Fire Brigade - one of the largest and globally respected fire and rescue services - is seeking a talented Senior Developer – Applications to join our busy Application Development Team.

The ideal candidate will possess a good level of skills in C#, ASP.net, SQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript/JQuery – PowerApp and Power Automate development skills will be a bonus. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in this dynamic environment is essential.

Part of a small innovative team of close-knit developers, dedicated to improving business processes, you’ll be building intuitive, user-friendly apps that will streamline operations and drive efficiency. Providing an end-to-end service from scoping to developing and delivering apps, you will have a talent for problem solving and a keen eye for detail to craft robust, scalable web applications.

You will need:

Demonstrable skills in C#, ASP.net and transactional SQL.
A good knowledge of extracting and transforming data.
A good understanding on how to assist stakeholders identify issues, document requirements and provide solutions to improve processes.
A willingness to delve into new areas and technologies to expand your skill set.

This role is hybrid based, working at our central London headquarters and remotely from home

Assessment Overview

Stage 1
