Starting salary: £34,751 per annum
Salary range for the FRS D grade: £34,751 - £39,981 per annum

Do you pay attention to detail? Do you thrive on finding better ways of working in order to make improvements? We are looking for a diligent self-starter who is confident managing conflicting demands and changing priorities. Using your excellent interpersonal skills you will coordinate a number of improvement projects with the support of a Performance and Improvement Assistant. The role will include liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in order to advance LFB processes and monitor improvement initiatives within Training and Professional Development.

Training is always at the forefront of change hence the department offers exciting opportunities to develop new skills and work on a number of exciting initiates. You will be welcomed into a team of friendly and supportive colleagues who are enthusiastic about making improvements to all areas that impact on training.

Assessment Overview

As part of the online application form, candidates must provide evidence to address the following criteria:

Selection Criteria 1 - Experience of using a range of Information Technology applications together with an awareness of the ways IT applications, including Project Management tools, can be utilised in the context of the responsibilities and duties of the post.

Selection Criteria 2 - Experience of managing, training and developing support staff.

Selection Criteria 3 - Effective interpersonal skills in order to establish good working relationships with people at all levels ensuring high standards of customer care.

Selection Criteria 4 - Effective organisational skills in order to manage workloads, prioritise and delegate work, and ensure deadlines are met.
