London Fire Brigade (LFB) is London’s Fire and Rescue Service – one of the largest firefighting and rescue organisations in the world. We are here to make London a safer city.
We employ over 5,500 people, across our operational team (our firefighters), control (our call handlers who answer your 999 calls) and our non-operational team (our teams who work behind the scenes to support our front-line services, including HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Communications etc.).
An ICT Compliance Analyst is required to work within the IT department to support, design and develop the Brigade’s desktop environment, ensuring the client infrastructure is fully supported, modern and compliant to Cyber Essentials standards.
The ICT Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the master builds and deployed software packages are routinely maintained, ensuring all deployed software is current and allowing the continuous integration of new and evergreen technologies.
Successful candidates should have experience in the following technical subject matters:
· Current Microsoft Client Operating Systems
· Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policy
· Microsoft O365 · Microsoft System Center Suite of products
· Microsoft Intune
· HP and Panasonic hardware management

Assessment Overview
Stage 1

1. A minimum of 3+ years working experience in the following areas:
· Windows client build management
· Windows gold build management
· Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
· Software/app/driver/firmware packaging and deployment
2. Undertaking project work and seeing it though to a successful conclusion.
3. Contributing to and operating under standards, procedures and methods.
4. Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with customers, internal groups and third parties.
