Post: Area Team Leader (Community Safety)
Grade: FRS D
Starting salary: £34,751
Salary range for the FRS D grade: £34,751 - £39,981
A vacancy has arisen within the North West Area for a Community Safety Team Leader based in Wembley.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering administrative support within their Area.
You will need to demonstrate your experience of supervising the work and encouraging the development of a diverse team; along with excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with conflicting demands and changing priorities.
A competence in the production of written documents including reports and spreadsheets using the full range of Microsoft Office applications will also be required.
Although the position is based at the location stated above you will, on occasion, be expected to work from different locations within the Area or to attend meetings at London Fire Brigade HQ in Central London or elsewhere.

Selection Criteria 4 - Numerical skills to manipulate and interpret statistical data and to present the results intelligibly in both graphical and written format.
