2. Access to applicants' details
2.1 Some or all of your application details may be seen by all those involved in the recruitment to the post for which you are applying who include :
2.3 The shortlisting panel may have access to all of your application details with the exception of your name, address, ethnic origin, age, disability and gender.
2.4 The interview panel may have access to all application details for shortlisted applicants with the exception of their ethnic origin, age, disability and gender.
2.5 An applicant's ethnic origin, age (except where a minimum age requirement exists for that role), disability and gender will only be used to monitor equal opportunities compliance.
2.6 For some posts, the Authority may use a third party to carry out assessment tests. If a third party is being used, applicants will be directed to an alternative website or will be introduced to the third party organisation as part of an assessment day. The only data provided to a third party organisation will be the applicant's name and email address. Applicants' addresses, dates of birth, ethnic origins and genders will not be accessible by third parties.
3. Data storage
3.1 Your personal data may be stored by the Authority for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in paragraph 1 above.
3.2 You may request the Authority to modify or update your personal data and you may request in writing that the Authority to confirm what information we hold about you at any time. Although the Authority is able to make a charge, an administration fee is currently not charged for this.
3.3 The Authority reserves the right to contact job seekers who have not logged in for several months to ask them to update their details.
4. Data sharing
4.1 With the exception of any third party referred to in paragraphs 1.3 and 2.6, the Authority will not share any of your personal data with any other third parties for any purpose.
